If you find yourself in heightened panic right now, whether your candidate won or not, you need to do yourself a favor and stay with us to the end.

In this episode I talk about how our past grief reaches forward to compel present anxiety. I share my own story of panic attacks. Then I give you some really effective tools to navigate the anxiety and stress that is society saturated.
