WHO ARE PATRICK AND TINA NORRIS???

With 35 years of marriage, my wife and I have built a life filled with love, adventure, and faith. We are proud parents of adult sons, a wonderful daughter-in-love and our first grandson (Evan, McKenzie, Mitchell, and Rowan). Our passion for exploration has taken us to over 25 countries, where we have had the privilege of preaching in churches and Bible colleges, as well as vacationing. Some of our most memorable experiences include savoring "unbelievable" home-cooked Italian meals outside of Rome, sitting in a hotel room praying as Germany's Rhine River flowed below, taking a train ride through the Swiss Alps and beholding the most beautiful flowers on mountain sides, ministering to the deep hunger in Bible College students, witnessing divine interventions as God's grace transformed lives, and speaking to an influential delegation at the European Union. We cherish this ministry life and continuously dream about the new adventures God has in store for us.

PATRICK NORRIS

I am a professional therapeutic coach and the founder of Red Ink Revival, a coaching and training platform centered on emotional intelligence, leadership health, and human flourishing. After more than four decades of serving in senior leadership—as a Lead Pastor and parachurch speaker—I stepped out of traditional pastoral ministry to devote my focus to walking alongside leaders, couples, and individuals who desire greater emotional and spiritual wholeness in their lives and relationships.

In 2015, I was trained and certified as a sexual addiction professional through the International Institute of Trauma and Addiction Professionals (IITAP). Since that time, my learning has continued through years of listening to people’s stories, ongoing study, and practical experience in understanding emotional dysregulation, unwanted behavioral cycles, and the often unseen inner dynamics that affect leadership, marriage, and family systems. Much of my work is with pastors and leaders who are capable and committed, yet privately weary, reactive, or unsure why certain patterns keep repeating.

My approach brings together biblical theology, psychology, neurobiology, and relational ecology in a way that is meant to be both faithful and accessible. I aim to help people better understand how their inner world shapes their outward life—learning to distinguish emotions from thoughts, recognize stress-based alarm responses, reconnect with core identity, and develop practical skills for regulation, differentiation, and wise agency, all within the context of spiritual formation.

Through Red Ink Revival, I offer keynote messages, workshops, leadership intensives, and coaching experiences designed to be grounded, thoughtful, and immediately usable. My hope is always to translate complex emotional and neurological insights into language that feels clear, humane, and applicable to everyday life and leadership.

At the heart of my work is a desire to help people gently uncover the root systems beneath burnout, conflict, compulsive behaviors, and relational strain—so that lasting change can take place. I remain deeply grateful for the opportunity to witness restored marriages, renewed clarity, and leaders learning to lead not from reactivity, but from wholeness.
